Wells Fargo – Tenant Improvement

This project included tenant improvements to a Wells Fargo office in a 24-story, 488,000 SF tower providing stunning views of downtown, the bay and Coronado Island. The work included 22,000 SF of improvements on two floors (11th and 22nd) in the downtown San Diego high-rise building on “B” Street. The scope of work included new staff offices and open floor plan work spaces. The work was performed in two phases.
