University of San Diego – Camino Hall Level 1 Tenant Improvements

The project included a 4,000 SF renovation of existing office space, hallways and dressing rooms. The space was renovated to allow for additional office space and better use of the existing dressing room that serves the Shiley Theatre. The dressing room was converted into a multifunctional space, allowing for dressing room functions during theatre events and classroom functions during non theatre events.
