Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church – Discipleship Center

This phase II project for Our Lady of Mount Carmel will include demolishing the three (3) existing modular units to construct a new, approximately 13,000 SF, two-story Discipleship Center with meeting rooms. The building will include a lobby with elevator access, ten (10) meeting rooms, one (1) maintenance room, stacked common restrooms, a kitchenette, a resource room, and an exterior balcony. The building design has been efficiently stacked to simplify construction. Site work will include new parking, the installation of a Modular Wetland unit and an underground vault for storm water mitigation, as well as a new landscape design including site retaining walls. The proposed construction is wood frame construction with steel super-structure, concrete topping slabs, and a predominantly stucco exterior consistent with colors, finishes and details to match the existing Sanctuary exterior design.
