Cellibre – Flanders Drive TI Test Fit

The project consists of tenant improvements to approximately 7,500 SF of office space and 7,500 SF lab and R&D space. The project includes partial demolition of interior improvements, adding a roll-up door to the perimeter of the building, coordination with the landlord who is installing a new 400kW generator, and coordination with the engineering team and SDG&E to increase amperage to the building. Cellibre is a life science and biotechnology company specializing in cellular agriculture.
