Bergelectric – New Corporate Office Tenant Improvement

This tenant improvement transformed an existing 27,000 SF concrete tilt-up shell building into the new Bergelectric corporate office. The scope of work included a new lobby, staff offices, executive offices, conference rooms, training rooms and kitchen area. The team also performed minor work including exterior improvements for a new outdoor patio area.
