Alliant International University – Library Renovation

This project will consist of a 15,000-18,000 SF library renovation for Alliant International University, including new interior partitions, finishes, lighting upgrades, and mechanical system rebalance. Non-compliant restroom facilities will be upgraded to provide adequate fixture counts and access compliance, and CMU openings for new doors.
