To our clients and business partners,
As a valued client and business partner, we want to update you on the actions that C.W. Driver Companies are taking relative to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread globally, C.W. Driver Companies endeavors to balance three significant factors – first our commitment to protect the health and wellness of our employees and families; second, to fulfill our purpose and live out our core values, and ensure that our people and services are available to our clients and partners who need them; and finally, to do our part as an employer and mitigate the spread of the virus.
We have implemented preventative measures to protect our employees and business partners in accordance with the CDC and WHO recommendations. These measures include closing our six office locations effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and implementing a required work from home practice for all employees, with the exception of essential personnel. We have also minimized contact among employees, clients and business partners by replacing face-to-face meetings with virtual meetings when possible. In addition, we’ve suspended all business air travel and conference attendance. We are requiring meetings that cannot be virtual to contain less than ten people and accommodate for distancing between attendees.
Our ongoing projects are extremely important to us, and to prepare our employees to work from home seamlessly, our IT Department developed a “Technology Road Warrior” guide to ensure we have everything in place to support remote work immediately. Additionally, our internal ServiceDesk will continue to be available to employees with extended hours. Rest assured, our employees are well equipped and ready to collaborate and communicate with you, our clients and business partners.
We know updates related to COVID-19 are moving quickly, and we are committed to keeping you informed. In addition to monitoring updates from a variety of sources, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other health authorities, we’re listening to feedback and concerns from our employees, clients, and business partners.
Should you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our President, Karl Kreutziger, or our COO, Richard Freeark.
Sincerely,
Dana Roberts
CEO
