Good & Roberts recently completed a lab renovation at the Scripps Lab Facility in Mira Mesa. An existing warehouse storage and cold room/freezer area was converted into a new production and packaging area, which included new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems along with all new interior finishes, including sheet vinyl flooring, acoustical ceiling system, paint, and window coverings.

The team converted three lab spaces and made one large lab space by utilizing and reconfiguring the existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical components along with matching all the existing interior finishes. Good & Roberts expanded the existing mechanical yard by extending the existing canopy and modifying the electrical and fire suppression system.
