Good & Roberts, LLC, a special projects group of legacy builder C.W. Driver Companies, today announced the promotion of Todd Rider to Vice President. Rider has served as Director of Operations at G&R for the past two years. Before that, he trained for more than 13 years with C.W. Driver San Diego as a senior project manager, making him the ideal fit to manage the continued migration of specific processes and procedures in the C.W. Driver mold. In this new role, Rider will assume responsibility for estimating and business development in addition to his ongoing role with operations.
Rider has extensive experience in complex Design-Build and Design-Assist projects, emphasizing solution-oriented collaboration, cost efficiency and relationship building with owners and subcontractors. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Rider is a LEED Accredited Professional, a licensed Design-Build Professional (DBIA), and has training from the US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC).
“As with all great companies, our strength lies with our people,” said Joe Grosshart, President, Good & Roberts, LLC. “I am confident that Todd will continue to lead this management team to generate significant returns for years to come. Congratulations to him on this significant achievement.”
