CBRE – Booz Allen Hamilton, Murray Canyon NexGen Renovation

This project consisted of transforming 45,000 SF on two floors of the Booz Allen Hamilton mid-rise building in Mission Valley into NexGen workspace. The scope of work involved a two-phase project requiring the complete sign-off on floor nine to allow employee relocation before commencing construction on floor eight. The program included corporate areas, along with 15% of the area devoted to secured space, which required uninterrupted service during the entire construction period. Finishes were highly specialized with decorative open ceilings with light clouds and decorative patterned carpet. The project required close coordination of the MEP trades due to the limited interstitial space available to run those systems.
